My name is Jenny and welcome to my Jennytrition page.
A love of food, exercise and life led me to study Nutrition at Degree level (BSc), further studies in Public Health (MSc) and to gain a registered Nutrition classification (ANutr).
I did this as I believe the most important thing a person can do is to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
If you are what you eat then I want you to be the best you can be by building a solid foundation of healthy eating, so you can reach the goals we set together and to move forwards with a better knowledge and appreciation for not only food, but yourself too.
On an individual basis I offer:
- Individually tailored sessions and nutritional advice to suit your requirements.
- Free health checks to examine blood pressure, BMI and waist to hip ratio.
- Weigh-in’s and measurement monitoring
- Food diaries
- Recipe ideas, food substitutions
- Weight loss guidance including information on labelling with trips to supermarkets
- Nutrition and disease prevention
- Food intolerance and allergy advice
- Specialist diets (vegan/vegetarian)
For organisations and professionals:
- Training for staff
- ‘Cook and Eat’ sessions
- Healthy eating assemblies
Testimonials
“I booked in to see Jenny and she came out to my house. I bought a special offer – a consultation which included a health check assessment, food plan/recommendations and a follow-up, all for £50. I feel like I’ve made such a positive step in the right direction. Jenny listened to me and made me feel at ease. Thank you so much!” (Angie, Dorset)
